Creative Workshop Experiences
Pantry + Bench is a place to make, taste, learn, and connect.
For the past five years, Therapy Gardens has been bringing workshops, tasting experiences, garden projects, and creative programs to libraries, senior centers, community organizations, and groups across Massachusetts.
Pantry + Bench is the next chapter—a retail studio space where people can gather, discover something new, and become part of the community we've been building all along.
Stop in to see what's new. Join a mini-workshop. Reserve a coveted seat at one of our Chocolate Tasting Socials. Create your own tea blend. Build a tiny garden. Learn something unexpected. Or work with us to host a private gathering for your group, organization, friends, or family.

Come back for the connection.
What We Do
We create simple opportunities for people to connect.
We believe some of the best conversations happen when people are making something together, tasting something new, sharing ideas, or simply spending time around a table.
Pantry + Bench exists to make those moments happen more often.
Connection First
Everything we do starts with bringing people together. Tea blends, tasting flights, tiny gardens, seasoning mixes, and workshops are simply the vehicle.
Learn By Doing
You don't need experience. You don't need special skills. Just curiosity. We make it easy to try something new, ask questions, and leave with something you created yourself.
Come Back Often
The menu changes with the seasons. New tastings, workshops, products, and events give people a reason to stop in, see what's new, and reconnect with friends old and new.
Built Around Community
Pantry + Bench is the retail and community hub of Therapy Gardens.
What began as a small workshop business has grown into hundreds of programs delivered across Massachusetts. Along the way, we discovered something important:
People are hungry for places where they can participate instead of just consume.
That's what Pantry + Bench is all about.
Whether you're joining a Tea Lab, blending spices, attending a Chocolate Social, building a Tiny Garden, participating in a SoupMaster workshop, or gathering friends for a private event, you're part of something larger than a single activity. You're helping build a community centered around curiosity, conversation, and shared experiences.
